Ideal did our attic insulation during a home energy refit. They were helpful from the beginning, both in quoting a good price on the original scope, and then requoting when the scope changed. They gave helpful advice which saved us some money, and communications were clear and timely. On the day of the work they showed up early, and completed the work early. The Work was done as promised, and billed as expected. Would definitely use them again.

Terry came by and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Stayed and tested it to make sure it was right. He was also able to move up the appointment, called ahead to check on a good time, and showed up exactly as planned We're very happy with the result.

Joey came out as arranged and cleaned the line quickly and neatly. He was slightly late, but called ahead of time to let me know. We appreciate the good communication and would happily use his service again.
