Carlos was extremely good at explaining what we needed to do, how his company, Ideal, would facilitate the job and upfront about the cost involved. All was done according to plan and Carlos was efficient in emailing me and prompt into my inquiries. The crew that did the work, were on time, polite and left no mess.
