I had a leakage in the basement from a pipe leading from laundry sink in the main floor to the floor drain in the basement. Tony came in, rip off the drywall, which had already been cut open to expose the leakage, looked at the situation for 2 minutes, concluded there was nothing he could do without first cameraing the whole underground drain system, wrote a two-line report, charged me $63.6, and took off. He was also kind enought to provide a quote for the recommended project - $250 for the camera and $1,300 to dig up.
I called another experienced plumber. He told me over the phone its probably a loose washer in the tap of the laundry sink. This is bang on as I remember hearing a hissing sound in the tap. The cost, $60.
