Friendly and knowledgable staff. Felt comfortable and not pressured in any step of the process from the measurements to the installation. Received quotes from 2 other flooring companies and Nu-Way's pricing was competitive. Very satisfied with the products and experience and will go back to finish flooring throughout the house.
