My experience is consistent with the other reviewer on this site. The gardening maintenance was OK if uninspired and the snow removal laughable: they always came days after a snow-fall, shoveled some of the walks but not all, and never shoveled stairs at all. I have tried to discuss this with the owner but have been ignored.

I contracted to have the snow removed from two small parking lots and the sides walks shovelled at an eleven unit building. This company failed to turn up on the first snow fall in Dec. and after repeated calls made a token show 4 days later. The company failed to show up after the first snow fall in mid January, and on the snowfall Feb. 02/15, the company came two days later after repeated calls and did one pass with the blade at the front of one driveway. The parking lots were not plowed as well as the sidewalks. I had to hire another company to get the work done. Whatever you do, do not enter into any agreements with this company. Do not be fooled by the apparent sincerity of the owner when speaking to him. He's great on promises but delivers absolutely nothing except for a lot of frustration. Hopefully you can save yourself from what I went through.
