These were the fourth repairmen for the same freezing, blocked problem caused by a McMansion built beside me and loss of sun at a critical point. Others would not come back and did a terrible job. Finally on my fourth attempt the guys from Edmunds with their years of experience did an excellent job. They went above and beyond to create solutions. They were pleasant, personable and perfectionists. And honest. With the written 10 year guarantee as a single senior living in a heritage home this service quality speaks volumes.
