Henry and Frank did a great job insulating the attic. They were both professional in their work and made sure everything was cleaned up. Matt was thorough on his quote and explained everything.

Sometimes you get the true measure of a company when things don't go perfectly. The quote process was very easy and professional. The guys who did the work were prompt and fast. The quality of the work was great. However, after they left I noticed my garage door button wasn't working. I sent an email, expecting to hear back in a few days. They got back to me within 12 hours and were super friendly about it. Someone came out and fixed it right away. It turned out that the person who put in the garage door opener decades ago, spliced some wires together with some tape that got old. The spray foam knocked it loose a bit and got in there. So not really the fault of the Great Northern guys. I really appreciated how fast they were at responding and how friendly they were

Billy and Dave where professional, efficient and tidy. Good customer service. They attended my house, ensured plastic was on the floor to prevent damage. Once completed they cleaned up everything so it was as good as new.

Our salesman was exceptionally friendly and easy to deal with. The process went smoothly and we notice a big difference in the temperature of our upstairs. workers were very professional and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

We had Phil and Darrell to insulate our attached garage today and they were awesome! We were quoted a day and a half and they were done by 1pm! Our garage was already dry walled and painted so they had to drill small holes to add the insulation. They explained everything and advised us how to cover the holes back up. I would recommend

When I called to inquire about our house winterproofing I spoke with Randy and he answered all my questions right away and made my appointment for the following week. Branden and Tiffany arrived on the scheduled date and explained everything they were going to do. They started the work right away and when something came up that they were unsure of what we thought they asked us our opinion how we would like it done, very professional. When we asked any questions they were very knowledgeable with the answer. They were always very courteous and did their work with pride.
