We are very happy with the job that your installers have done in the appartment. Everything passed code without a problem and we are now moving forward with drywall. Bill Barlow is another person that we were impressed with. He answered all our questions and even got us the paperwork that we needed for the inspector. Even at 9 pm. He had it to us in less than half an hour. We are very pleased with the service that your company has provided.

I was very happy with everyone who I dealt with at Great Northern Insulation. I would give every single person a 10 out of 10 and I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends. My only comment would be the following… I had been given an installation arrival window of noon to 2pm. The installers did not arrive until after 3:30 pm. I understand that delays do happen however I would have appreciated a phone call or a text keeping me informed of the delay. When they did arrive though, they were wonderful young men who did a GREAT job!!!!

Ian- Just a short note to thank you for your assistance in getting the work done so quickly. the two guys that showed up on Monday were very efficient and left nothing but the finished insulation (meaning they covered everything before spraying then cleaned it all up and left). i need to thank Kelly of the Gravenhurst office for following up to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction, and it was. we couldn't be happier.

I had expected the installers to arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 am and learned when I called the office that I was scheduled for 10:00am. Otherwise, my experience with the company has been excellent. The scheduling issue wasn’t a problem for me but could be for others.

The installers for both the foam and batting insulation jobs were punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. Response time to invoicing inquiries has been prompt. I would definitely recommend your company to others.

The original assessment was handled quite efficiently by the Sales Rep., all our questions and concerns were dealt with. The appt. was set to our needs.
