Great Northern Insulation

January 17th started off terrible with the rain BUt the crew showed up ready and started work right away. Finished in a timely manner, answered any questions I had and when job was done cleaned up and did final walk through to ensure all was left as it was found. Awesome work guys!!!

i had a great experience from the start with eric who quoted my job. when the crew showed up they were hours earlier than i was expecting. the first time around things did not go so well in the attic. i understand it was a tough job as my attic was different from most. the crew although was very polite and cleaned up very well, i was not 100% satisfied with the work that had be done. i voiced my opinion and even though it was over the holiday break i heard back immediately from a employee who was on his holidays. we set up a date for a crew to come back and fix any mistakes i thought needed attention, this was all without question. very easy to deal with and a classic case of the customer is always right which does not occur often anymore. the second crew back lead by matt showed me everything he will be doing step by step. he had me up before and after to make sure i was 100% satisfied with the work. matt was extremely knowledgeable, polite and hardworking. sometimes mistakes happen with work and i understand that completely, i was extremely happy with how the company handled the issue and even though we were off to a rough start i would not hesitate to use them again.

We had a wonderful experience with Corey, Deon & Eric from truck 115. They were most professional and cleaned the area so well when they completed the install. We have another project coming up in the spring and won't hesitate to use GNI again.

Through an incredible opportunity through Union Gas I was set up with Great Northern Insulation. All around an excellent experience. From the customer service provided by the owner Jason and his great employees (Bob, Austin and Matt) from start to finish I as so impressed. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Derek and Alex arrived right on time and were very courteous.

Ahead of the date of their work, we had had cleared away all the areas where we knew they would be working.

They were steady in their work and cleaned up after themselves.

We can feel the difference in the house already ! The furnace turns on less often than last winter, with similar temps. outside !

The team came out promptly and provided a detailed estimate, we booked it, also put us on a cancellation list. Got the job done weeks early and the team was extremely courteous and professional. They will be back for phase 2 of the renovations.

I was very satisfied with the friendly service I received from Scott and Connor the two installers that topped up my attic with insulation. It was especially appreciated that they helped to educate me on insulation as they got ready. They were very tidy in the process and after they left there was no mess what so ever.

Shawn P. and Jeff V. did an excellent and thorough job of my insulation. Everywhere, they paid close attention to detail, not missing a single spot. They were a pleasure to deal with. They explained the process very well and paid attention to details I requested.

Excellent service, response and professional. We had a fire and wanted the insulation in our attic to be inspected. GNI responded quickly and answered all our questions. Peter, the inspector was available by both by phone and email during non business hours. Office staff was also immediately available and helpful. During the job, the workers called me while at work to answer further questions and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Thank you GNI.

Excellent service. Mike quoted the job and was very helpful and knowledgable. I was not here when the work was done but both times, workers did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.
Only complaint was a payment issue. They charged my credit card a second time several weeks after the job was done. Accounts payable error which was fixed the day I noticed the error.
