Sears Appliance & Electronics Repair

We bought our washing machine from Sears so when it started leaking we called them to see if they could fix it. The first guy that came out said it was fine, (which is wasn't), 2 weeks later the second guy came and because it was stackable couldn't look at it and was mad that we hadn't told anyone it was stacked (no one had asked). They rebooked us for 2 weeks later and at 10am on the day of our appointment called to rebook us. Very unprofessional. I should have researched the services before calling them. If we need a new washing machine we definitely won't be buying it from SEARS.

I had purchased new appliances and paid to have them delivered. I requested the first appointment in the morning. Of course on the day of the delivery, they missed my appointment. And instead of doing mine ASAP, they put it till the end of the day. I had called through out the day to see when they were coming and was told each time that I was next delivery. I sat at home for about 10 hours waiting. And of course I had gotten rid of all my old appliance so I had nothing to cook with so had not eaten all day while I waited. Once they showed up around 7 pm the fridge they brought in was all scratched on one side. They told me to complain to sears. When I called sears, they did give me money off the fridge but I wasn't really happy with their attitude.

Our stove broke down during Christmas Time last year. I couldn't bake , cook or do anything and being Christmass was the wors part. There was no available repair man anywhere. Only at Sears Appliance and Electronics sent a men who was so helpfull and on time to fix our stove, so we can have a normal Christmass. Thank you!

Sears has great selection of washing machine and dryers. Staff have helped us with the selection of the right appliances that should fit with our lives and needs. The only problem was that nobody mentioned that there are some small other things required to install appliances, so they are fully functional. First attempt to install did not work out, so the rescheduling had to happened. Now, we are enjoying the even payment plan for this work thru Sears credit option.

Sears arrived on time determined the problem with my washing machine immediately and set a date to return with the required part. Part arrived 3 days later and in no time my washing machine was fixed. Thanks!

Valve on humidifier attached to furnace would keep continuously running. Technician came out and serviced humidifier as well as upgraded tubes to copper valves. Service was fast and efficient. Very satisfied overall.

I bought a hood fan and it didn't work. I called the service department and they came out - after two calls - so he found out it was a switch and it needed a part. He ordered it and came back in 2 weeks with it - installed it and did not charge me.
