A Budget Heating & Air Conditioning

I needed a lifeline. my 12 year old Carrier had died during the season's first major heat wave. The fine folks at A Budget were here within 2 hours of my first call....and determined it was the Compressor and not worth repairing. Once the shock was over, I had 2-3 others come quote, but, A-Budget's Owner / Operator Ferdi, himself, came and provided a more affordable alternative ( a Payne) and got me to the top of the Install list and by Friday, the superstar installation team of Sal and Lilan were here and getting us connected and cooled off all in the same day. These guys killed it. Worksight was spotless, and they couldn't have been more professional. I am glad to have chosen to buy my 3rd AC unti over various homes from the same top-rated A Budget Heating and AC

I purchased a heating and cooling "through the wall"unit from ABudget Heating and Air Conditioning years ago . They also installed the unit for me. In the depths of winter last week my unit was not working. I called the office and within the hour Adrienne had sent a man to my house to fix it. Unfortunately the parts were not available that day, so ABudget Heating and Air Conditioning lent me a unit they had at the shop for the night, and the next day brought my unit back working.
It is really hard to find a company these days that will do a little bit extra to please the customer, but they have definitely been helpful for me and kept me very warm this winter. 

They installed the cold air exchange right next to the heating vent, then refused to repair the problem. When i called to express my concern (that the cold air exchange would simply pull in the AC being pumped into the room) they receptionist was incredibly rude. Unfortunately the boss was even ruder and refused to fix the problem.
