A One Burner Service Ltd

The person who runs A one burner - his name is Jim - he quoted us 800.00 to to the job to certify our furnace - he came did the work and treated me like I was working for him - sat in my office at my personal study - very arrogant guy - he is irish or scottish - very arrogant. At the end he handed me a bill for over 1300 - I only had his verbal quote - he said too bad - pay it or no certification - I had no choice. I was very disappointed.
After speaking to other people in industry I found out he has done similiar to other people ......
I STRONGLY recommend you stay away from this person!!!!

When we moved into our new house, there was a propane fireplace/stove that didn't work at all. Ron's Burner Service was recommended to me, and after waiting a month, a service tech came out, said I needed a part, and he would call back. That was three weeks ago, and I haven't heard back, despite repeated phone calls and emails from me. I have found a different company.
