I would not recommend this company to anyone.
We moved to a new home in August 2012. Because we have two dogs, we arranged with Vinyl Art to have a fence installed before we moved in. An agreed upon start date was in our contract and we took possession of our house two weeks early to allow for the fence to be installed before our move date. The actually installation started almost a month late. We had to call constantly for an update, only to be told that all their crews were busy.
We have had some issues with the fence and have contacted the company numerous times over the last year via their website quick contact form, email and voicemail and have not once gotten a single response. One part of the fence is collapsing. Without the proper tools and materials to do the fix properly ourselves, the problem recurs every time there is a strong wind. We aren't sure it's going to survive any heavy snowstorms this winter.
