Marshall Pest Control

Had an inspection and 2 treatments to get rid of bedbugs. 6 weeks later and another infestation in one the rooms that the so called technician said there were no bed bugs. Had the same technician come out for another inspection and he had no explanation. Accused him of not treating the room and he just looked at me dumbfounded and said nothing. Called Orkin and a technician came out, told him about Marshall's job and he said there is no way the infestation could be like it is 6 weeks later. By the way, Orkin has a 3 month warranty. Called and complained but to no avail. They also don't give warranty. I think the omission of this room is to keep the bugs going so Marshall's can keep charging. My fault for trying to support a Mom & Pop operation. Never again. Rating is an abysmal minus 10 out of 10.

A technical came put a cage in my attic with bait took my money and left. Didn't close any entry ways, nothing. Days later have more squirrels in my attic(Marshall's Tech told me it was a chipmunk). I Had to call another animal removal company and they came closed up entry ways and put a one way door trap. I called Marshalls and they told me they are not professional wildlife techs , they just put a trap in and mice baits if you have mice and I don't get my money back. I told them I paid you $175 for a rental of a cage? She basically said yes. No guarantees. I would never deal with these people again. They take your money and run.Beware!

I contacted this company reporting a rat/mice pest issue within my home and arranged a dispatch to deploy poison. The attitudes of the exterminator who came out and the phone staff left much to be desired, but the poison rat treats were deployed as stated for $145. The $145 also included two follow-up treatments within 90 days which they would call to schedule according to the exterminator I questioned. I received no follow-up calls from this company to schedule the subsequent treatments, and it slipped my mind until I noticed the pest problem was ongoing. When I called this company back to get the follow-up treatments taken care of I was told that 90 days had past, the treatments had to be done within that period otherwise I would need to pay again. So despite of what I was told, I was expected to call them to schedule the appointments (no reminder calls are made/voice mail left by their staff, which is poor customer service). The result in the end works out well for them, they got paid for 1/3rd of the work they promised and their treatment did not resolve the problem.

Even if this company had customer friendly staff and practices I would still not recommend them. You can save money by simply buying rat treats (poison) and deploying it yourself. There is no expertise this company applies to resolve the issue, hence they offer no value to the consumer.
