We purchased a leather chair and when we got it home it smelled like manure(they are located next to the stock yards at the farmers market and it was a floor model so had been sitting in the store for some time). I tried to clean it several times but the smell would not come out. They finally agreed to let us return the chair and do a trade for a more expensive chair that would come directly from the manufacturer. My husband spoke to the manager who assured us the chair would be delivered directly to the house ( my senior husband requested delivery as he has a bad back) but when the chair arrived at the store the delivery person insisted we needed to come pick it up. I do not recommend this store as the manager is dishonest and do not purchase a leather floor model as it is likely to reek of manure.

Beware of this company!! They have very poor quality control.
We purchased a custom entertainment unit and a bedroom set from them earlier this year. When they were delivered we found out that the entertainment unit was not made to the correct measurements and the long dresser from the bedroom set had cracks in the interior of 3 of the drawers.
The furniture was remade and this time the entertainment unit has a long deep crack and a chunk missing from it. The dresser is a different color and no longer matches with the other pieces of the bedroom set.
We have been in contact with the store and they are unwilling to do anything to fix these issues.
We now have $25,000 worth of damaged and mismatched furniture from a company that do not stand behind their products.
