The other reviews have touched on the strengths of this company. The cost above includes insulation removal and r-28 or better insulation in both a peak and a flat roof which does not have interior access. The only way I would consider a different company for a job like this in the future is if I knew people first hand who swore by them and they were offering to do the job for substantially less.
I will recommend CallRich and specifically Stephen to all of my friends.

Recently purchase home that was 50+ yrs old. I had Callrich in to advise on insulation options while I was planning a roof replacement. Rich came on 2 occasions to inspect and provide budgetary pricing to help prevent the ~40% home heat loss that occurs through the roof.

Once the roof was lifted there were large insulation gaps and draft areas that needed sealing. Not good but not surprising given age of house. Equipped with a combination of spray foam and cellulose, Callrich increased my R8 day one rating to R40-R50. In addition, they took before and after photos as evidence of the completed work.

Although the job was 2x what I budgeted the team gave me clear details before committing to the work to ensure I knew what I was in for. I was pleased the revised budget was actually very close to the final invoice.

Most importantly, the house seems quieter, cold pockets are gone, and the furnace cycle much less frequently given the room temperatures are sustained. Well done - thanks.

Callrich wasn't originally our contractor for spray foaming, but because of a mistake I made in providing information to the original company, they were not able to start the job. This was a huge problem as the spray foaming was being done in conjunction with a roof replacement. The roofers recommended Callrich, and on extremely short notice Rich was able to get a removal crew out to the house and then start spray foaming, while coordinating everything with the roofer. I thought I was really stuck for a solution and Rich helped to make things happen!

Call Rich was great. not only did they give me the most comfort when it came to reviewing all the quotations i got, but they spoke in the most plain language and explained things thoroughly. i was really impressed.

After a bad experience with a previous contractor Callrich turned a bad situation into a great result. The gentleman were friendly and knowledgeable which a nice combination these days. Thank you for restoring my faith in contractors.

They worked with out roofers and when they came a little early to inspect the job, there was a problem removing the old roof because it was just breaking up in little bits (the original roof was particle board with tar directly on it). The Callrich guy went up and helped. When everything was removed it took moments. We already see a difference. Nobody seems to know the importance of insulation. Like a roof, it is not a fun thing to purchase. But the result allows you to better enjoy the space. The guys assessed, went back, discussed the job and found a great solution for our job. Extremely satisfied.

From first call CALLRICH Eco Services impressed. A frank discussion about the benefits and potential downside of spray foam on a stone wall was initiated by Rich. The quote was handled in a polite, friendly and expedient manner by Jerry. The installation was carried out by Derek and Mitch in a thoroughly professional manner with the result being a significantly enhanced space. Although we will not know until winter the impact on our heating costs and comfort level improvement, given the quality of their product and the way it has been installed I have no doubt about the results. I highly recommend this company and congratulate its workforce on a job well done.

The guys at Callrich thoroughly explained options for improving the insulation in our 90 year old semi; ultimately we added blown cellulose to the attic and spray foam in our porch ceiling and basement headers. The work was completely quickly and carefully, and the crew cleaned up thoroughly. What had been the coldest room in winter is now the warmest - we're very happy with the results, and are now considering additional improvements. Thanks!

Older house with little room for insulation in roof cavity.Callrich came and explained the process and potential results.They showed up on time and did their job quickly and efficiently.They left the place as clean as they found it.As the weather has been up and down we found the temperature dropped the next day and found the upstairs much warmer and quieter than it had been.Now we are waiting for the summer because it should also be cooler.Worth the money and the time it takes to do.

I thought the days of business deals with a handshakes were over, but not wih Callrich Eco Services. Jerry and the boys gave me a very comfortable feeling during renovations at my home.I grew up watching my Dad deal with contractors with total trust. Their word was their word, this is the feeling you get with Callrich Eco Services. They show up when they tell you, give you a clean, professional job and thank you at the same time. I am one of those people that think there still are good people in the world, Callrich are good people. I give Callrich high marks for all spray foam insulation needs, I am a fan. This is the future of insulation as you can feel the comfort the moment it goes on.
