Callrich Eco Services Inc. is a very professional,organized and neat company to work with; moreover, my wife was really impressed for the job realized at home. Since their first contact via email, they have responded to all my queries by replying reports with the technical information that I was looking for, which were not easy available on internet. The information and advice provided by them gave me the required confident to proceed with the right insulation system for my attic space. Now, I am very proud to see my new unvented attic space working nice and warm.Of course, there is still a lot of finishing work to do by me...........

We did a major renovation which included gutting the existing house and adding a 2 storey addition. Callrich spray foamed the entire three upper storeys, up to the peak of the roof rafters. They did a great job and were punctual, courteous and professional to deal with. What we found remarkable was that they agreed (without coaxing or arguing) to come back AFTER the job was done and we had paid them, to fill in areas that we later discovered, which had not been accessible at the time of the initial spray foaming. They did this twice, and did not charge us anything extra. This kind of extraordinary service creates tremendous good will!.

Rich, Jerry, Derrick and the many other staff have always given me great prices, timely and considerate service. Their job has always helped me solve tricky cases of heat loss especially through exterior walls and roofing envelopes.

In the present case Rich's team will help preserve my client's $30 K roof's longevity. It was having massive heat loss due to the heating runs being in the attic and inadequately insulated.. Also found were three potlights that were mini-chimneys creating massive ice-damming. With our work and Rich's service the problem was solved.

I have been so impressed with Rich that I recommended him to my friend Frank Cohn of Cohn's Construction . He had complained that his previous sprayers would not do small jobs and were not proffesional. By using Rich his problems have been solved.

After several initial meetings with the very patient and well informed Callrich Eco representative, Stephen, we ultimately decided to go with foam insulation for the entire home as part of our renovation project. Callrich Eco co-oridinated the installation seamlessly with the other contractors working on the project, notwithstanding the challenges of a tricky construction schedule.

The benefits of the foam insulation became apparent almost immediately. Savings has been consistent over the last 2 1/2 years. In winter, we are able lower the thermostat level 2 to 3 degrees, which easily translates into 10-13% savings. Similarly, in the warmer weather, our home is cool and comfortable. This is the case even on extremely hot and humid days despite the fact we adjust the thermostat a few degrees higher than we would have ordinarily kept it before.

We highly recommend Callrich Eco to anyone who plans to build or renovate their home.

Callrich provided excellent service and did a great job. We contracted them for attic insulation on our two-storey flat-roof semi, which we were having re-roofed by Canadian Roofing Company (who recommended Callrich). Their salesman, Stephen, was responsive and personable. He presented three options—blown-in cellulose, half-pound spray foam and two-pound spray foam—and explained the pros and cons for each. After discussing the options with him and a Callrich installer, Mike, we chose the two-pound foam. The results were surprisingly good. The upstairs is noticeably warmer, with much better heat distribution and no drafts. Our use of electricity for heating (trackable online at Toronto Hydro's time-of-use site) is down about 35%. We should recover the difference in cost between the two-pound foam and cellulose in three years, and the entire job cost within six.

Rich and his staff was great, they were super and clean, just loved it and now the home is warm. They returned my phone call right away and gave me a quote quickly and the service was at a steady pace. They do mostly industrial but will do the home too

We upgraded the insulation in our attic and insulated our basement with spray foam. The difference in the warmth of our home was amazing and immediate! Stephen and Mike were very professional. Stephen's quote was comprehensive and his explanations of the work were clear and really helped us understand the process. Mike and his team did excellent work. My only issue was that as we had our work done at a busy time of year we had to be diligent about following up to ensure timelines were met, which in the end they were. I would highly recommend this company!

Stephen Lahmann from Callrich was absolutely super to deal with - very conscientious, attentive and friendly. The crew led by Derek was clean, efficient and equally friendly. The product was installed in the winter and made both an immediate and HUGE difference in the temperature values in the home. I would be very happy to use Callrich again!

We needed to replace our attic insulation project. We chose Callrich based on a referral and found them to be extremely professional and competent. We received an estimate within 2 days or making the first phone call, and the work was completed a within a week of our first call. The old insulation was removed and disposed, and the new foam was sprayed on the next day. At all times, the crew maintained the cleanliness of the house and took special care to avoid making a mess. The owner (Rich) called me personally a day after the work was completed to get my feedback. Great service, great job!

We asked Callrich to upgrade my roof insulation as we were getting my roof replaced. They were able to co-ordinate seamlessly with the roofing company (Canadian Roofing) in getting the job done. When the roof was openned they revised their assessment of what was needed (this cannot be done until then) and when they invoiced me it was HALF of what they had originally estimated. Thank you Callrich for the honest and ethical business practice which is so rare in the construction industry.
