we have use Hansen plumbing to rebuild our basement after the 2013 flood and for maintenance thereafter. Ryan and Ryan cleaned and serviced the furnaces and tested the cross contamination valve. They are always prompt, polite and explain their work. Their pricing aligns with most plumbers in Calgary.

Hansen Plumbing installed a hot water tank in our5 home 8 years ago. When it developed a problem, Hansen Plumbing sent Ryan to do a warranty check. He promptly installed a new water tank in a pleasant and efficient manner.

Was getting errors on the tankless water heater and Ryan came out and did a full service on that, furnace, AC, and then gave a free inspection of all of the plumbing in the house. Very thorough and courteous service. A bit pricey but worth it.

Brad came and replaced the bathroom facet and shower head.
he was called because of the poor workman ship of the previous plumber we hired.
He did an excellent job.

Ryan and Sean from the south office did an excellent job and they were courteous, informative and good to work with. Sean took pains to check that everything was in order before he left. He reviewed the work done and made sure I had a good understanding of what I needed to know. We will continue to use their services.

Ryan did an excellent job of explaining the jobs to us and offered some great advice for the future. He changed the piping so that we now have a way to drain our pipes which we did not have before.

Hansen's has done all the electrical work on the older home we bought last year. The whole team is exceptional, and has been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!!

Problem with water flow to shower head. I was told I'd pay $60 service and they would give me a quote for work to be done. Received a call from the technician. Cost would be $60 plus $189 to diagnose the problem plus $489 for repair. I spoke to another plumber - all I needed was $10 part.
I was never told there would be an additional charge for diagnosis. They had no answer for why I was told I had to pay $489, plus tile repair work etc. when the job was done with a $10 Home Depot part. They agreed to reduce the $189 to $100. Still paid too much for nothing,

We've used Hansen about a half dozen times. They are there when they say they will be, clean, friendly, same day service. We've used them for furnace service, plumbing repair and hot water tank replacement. They provide consistent great service.

Ryan arrived on time. He solved a problem with in a basement bathroom that involved both the toilet and bathtub. In addition, he changed out the basement bathroom toilet as well as faucets in that bathroom and kitchen. I have always been pleased with Hansens and will continue to call upon them. In previous years they installed a Navien combi boiler & on demand hot water system. They always follow through and provide excellent service.
