Installed a fence but subsequently discovered they had seriously damaged my sprinkler system in two separate areas during installation,
Contacted them about reimbursement for the repairs and they basically told me to get lost; saying they were not responsible for their actions because i hasn't flagged the location of the pipes - fair one, but youd think when they found pipes theyd take a little more care and not sever the pipes TWICE. If the installer had knocked on the door and said, hey Phil, sorry but I accidentally cut your sprinkler system (twice), i would have been annoyed but accepted that accidents happen but to cover it up quietly and just walk away is Dishonest. Then on top of that their screw you attitude moves me to write this review.
Furthermore, they also missed about 3 feet of fence, and had to come back to complete the job.
Cannot recommend a service provider that washes its hands of damage it causes and dismisses customer complaints rudely.

Rick at Burlington Fence is fantastic, he came out when they said he would, provided a quote right away and where available to answer all our questions. We opted to install the fence ourselves as we are do it yourselfers for most projects and they were extremely helpful with advice and instructions.

The wooden fence gates on my property had broken and I needed to replace them. I went to the showroom and they showed me examples of what they were able to purchase. I made my purchase with a deposit and a promise to deliver and install in 10 days. I received a call within 7 days from the office confirming they had the gates and booking an appointment to come and install the gates. I made the appointment to have them installed two days later. Their installer came right on time. The gates were still in the box with no scratches or dents on them. The two gates were installed by noon and looked really good.
