At first I tried to get quote from another company, but I was not satisfied with the communication, there are several times no call back from the sales person, so I decided to call Reliance, and it turns out everyone in Reliance is very responsive.
Mark helped us with choosing the model and explained everything we need to notice patiently. Ryan C. and Costa came to install the AC today on time, what a great team! They kept working outside even it was raining heavily today, and they did a very good job. They cleaned up and everything is tidy. Thank you guys! I feel very comfortable to go with Reliance.
