Terrific little furnace, I feel the difference in the house already and it was just installed. The entire Reliance team was terrific. Pat was great, answering all my questions with a lot of in-depth knowledge. He even lent us space heaters to get us through the night!
Derek and Chris, the installers, were awesome, too. Very, very professional, took the time to explain everything down to the last detail, and didn't even complain when our shoddy piping dumped water on them and everything else. Absolutely a great experience.
