Reliance Holmes Heating And Cooling Ottawa

My air conditioner stopped working last year. The company who I had originally purchased it from said that it was not repairable so I called Holmes Heating. Dave M. from Holmes came out and repaired it but warned me that the issue might happen again. Dave was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

The A/C worked for the rest of the summer last year but when I went to use it this year, it would not cool down the house. I called Holmes and Dave came out again. As suspected, all of the coolant had once again leaked out (from another spot this time) so he recommended replacement.

He referred me to one of his salesmen, Matt A. who came out and gave me several options along with a very competitive price. Matt was also very knowledgeable and professional. He was quick to respond to all of my questions while I was obtaining quotes and making my decision. Once I decided to proceed, my new air conditioner was installed within 3 days.

The two technicians who did the installation, Steve & Tim, did a great job, answered all of my questions, explained the new system to me and left my home (and yard) spotless.

I would highly recommend Holmes Heating to anyone looking to repair or purchase an air conditioner or furnace.
