Tech was here to replace a worn part in the furnace but he was extremely helpful in giving us advice and answers to our questions unrelated to that part replacement. Provided suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of the furnace and A/C. He even went above and beyond what he was here for to tape up some of the leaking air ducts around the furnace and fixed a problem with the recently installed humidifier. I was very pleased! I didn't get his last name but his first name is Norm. Highly recommended!
