Big Ben's Junk Removal

This is my very first online review, I had such a positive experience with Big Ben and his whole crew, I couldn't resist sharing. I found Big Ben's company highly recommended on a local FB community group. He arrived soon after my initial call, inspected the scope of my removal job, gave a fair estimate, and committed to a date. All promises were kept. The crew was friendly, polite, hard working and efficient. Jaqueline in admin was a pleasure to deal with too. Ben dropped in throughout the day to oversee the project. A day that was expected to be stressful was a delightful surprise. Big Ben was a true gentleman, and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him and his crew to a friend. I'd like to think that I also kept everyone happy in warm home made cookies too, LOL!

I am a carpenter and use them for the company I work with and they never let us down. They are very professional. Now I am renovating our own house and I am the client and once again they come through and are amazing!

I've used 2 of the 'big name' junk removal companies in the past (to remove junk from a garage clean out and a bathroom remodel), but found them expensive and hard to schedule appointments with. Big Ben's made an appointment for me the same day I called (I didn't ask for or expect this). They then called me to let me know when the driver was about to arrive. The crew was efficient, courteous, and professional; they cleaned up the mess (and there was MESS from bits of insulation, etc.) really well afterward. And I paid less than I expected to pay. Top marks for this company!!

I needed a bin for a small bathroom renovation. I called at the last minute and they were able to get me the right size bin I needed first thing the next morning...on a Saturday. The pickup was just as easy. Great customer service.
