We are absolutely loving our home. This was our dream home. Kids moved out and we wanted the perfect home on a perfect location. Didn't know if we would ever get both. But with Dehaan homes and working directly with Arie we were able to get both. We look out into our backyard with all the big windows and still sometimes can't believe we own this. If you want a personal touch in building your dream home , and want to work with a team of people that care about making your dreams come true. I would highly recommend looking into letting Arie build one for you.

We are loving our new home, we often think of pinching ourselves as this place is such an unbelievable one to live in !... A dream come true thanks to Dehaan homes! My husband and I will never forget the first time we met the owner of Dehaan, Arie... he took the time to meet us at our lot before we signed any contract and this really showed caring for what he was about to do for us. Arie has surrounded himself with a great crew, and even when the orchestration of the construction was slowed down by improvised events, they always came back with great solutions. Building a house on a front lake property can bring its challenges, and Dehaan homes delivered well ! Even now that the house is completed, if we find any little issues, they respond to fix it. The relationship with this company does not end when you get the keys... they are there for the long run! We are proud to live in a Dehaan home !

DeHaan Homes built our custom house and custom 3000 square foot shop on our 25 acre property back in 2016. Now 3 years later we are still very happy we chose DeHaan and will be using them again for our next house. Everyone who visits always compliments our house and shop and are surprised how affordable it was to build at this quality level.

We hired Dehaan to build a new cottage for us on the shores of Lake Erie. From the very beginning they were professional and attentive. The home came in on time and ON BUDGET. We can't say enough good things about our foreman Jason. He was available to answer questions and always presented all options. Yes, there are always going to be a few little things but they always responded quickly to fix them. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone thinking of building in the Niagara area.

This company built the new custom home of my family member in Welland Ontario.

They were late with everything they did, they used inferior materials, they overspent the budget and they simply aren't interested in sorting out any of the problems they left behind.

Be warned. Follow up several references before you trust anyone with your money and building your home! And don't choose DeHaan.

Bought the model home from this builder two and half years ago and problems such as water damage in the basement and loosing all the shingles of the roof in less than three years

Fabrication Dehann home, manufacture may 2014. House to one year, rain in the living room , come three time but never fixe. Door basement snow this winter come inside, where the quality job ?????

Arie DeHaan of DeHaan Homes Inc. built a beautiful home for my wife and me in the Niagara Peninsula. It was a quality home with many fine details. His workers were true craftsmen who cared about the final presentation and did exceptional work. When minor problems occurred they were taken care of immediately.
