Dave, the owner of Paramount Pest Control, responded to my call, on a Sunday, to remove a hornets nest from the side of my house. On arrival he quickly assessed the situation and made sure no neighbour's or pets were in the vicinity. He assured me that although Bald Faced hornets were very aggressive once the queen was killed the others would either die or disperse. Dave then used a back pack spray unit to blow the nest apart and kill the queen while thoroughly soaking the nest. He then stayed around for an additional half hour to make sure there was no longer hornet activity at the nest. He also followed up the next day to enquire on the results of the extermination. Dave is professional as well as personable and an expert at what he is trained to do. I do not hesitate to recommend Dave and his company, Paramount Pest Control in Ottawa to anyone in need of pest control services.
