Had a great visit from technician Cory, who took the time to explain the various tests he was running on the A/C system, got the job done in 45 minutes and sent me a load of info, explaining the tests and the results. Very satisfactory.

Excellent work all 'round from a serviceman who is 'on top of his game'---in my opinion.
This includes a full documentation of the various tests required for the unit, and the resultant outcomes of the tests which he performed---all contained on the service order.

We purchased a new furnace from Francis and we regret it every day. The installation was not up to code and we had to call back twice for service to address the issue.

After having a technician in my house 3 times, now my air conditioner doesn’t work and we have never had issues with it. We called and were told nothing can be done until tomorrow and that we may incur fees from the visit. No compassion whatsoever.

We called another company and they said 40 minutes for a technician. We will be cutting all ties with Francis as they clearly don’t honour their work.

My old water heater broke. Francis was able to replace the next day. Workers were courteous and took into consideration our requests regarding a vent. The technician sent initially was also very professional. Tried to repair rather than conclude right away that a replacement was needed.

I am a long standing Francis Home Environment customer and have had various new installations, maintenance, service, and repairs done by them over the years. I found their quality of workmanship to be excellent. And their staff and technicians are friendly and courteous. They also patiently explain what work is needed and how things work, before going ahead with the tasks. Their techs are articulate and
explain complex matters with ease.

Mike, showed up for the appointment, observed all the covid protocals, was neat, tidy, worked quickly without disturbing me.

Even pointed out and took care of a couple of things the team that install my new furnace and A/C overlooked.

Mike/Mikhael, the technician, is a credit to your company. Thorough, courteous, informative and patient. When asked, he took an extra step to look at our ducts. We now have an appointment with you (also arranged by Mike) to have this service. The hot water tank is another story...

I have had a service relationship with Francsis Home Environment -Heating and Air Conditioning for several years. They are always professional and do quality work. Today was no exception. I had the cleaning of my air and dryer ducts. The service techs were knowledgeable and very friendly. Good Job. Service is a 10!

I paid 270 for service in 2019. I haven't received any service in 2020 as they installed for me a new heat pump. They called me and made an appointment for April 5, 2021 from 8:00 to 9:00 AM - but they never showed up or called to reschedule. When I call them I am placed in a permanent wait by a voice mail system and they don't have an e-mail to send messages to. A great disappointment. We have experienced such disappointments since 2019. A poor service.
