I have a service contract with this company and whenever anything goes wrong, they are quick to attend to my problem and take care of it to my satisfaction. Sometimes these repairs are complex and they have had to come back more than once, but they are professional, dedicated and seem fair in their pricing. I have used them for years.

Scheduled a duct cleaning for very unpleasant odor coming from a duct whenever furnace came on. Staff was courteous and explained everything and they wore masks, careful with our home and left minimal mess. They double cleaned the vent that smelled and the odor has gone away. Would work with them again (much better than another duct company we worked with in the past).

Stewart did a fantastic job repairing our furnace. He obviously knows his stuff and explained everything and documented it well.

We had an unexpected issue with our furnace today. Troubleshooting the problem by phone (Sarah) was appreciated but unsuccessful, so a tech was dispatched to our home. The tech (Terry) was amazing; quickly identifying and resolving the problem. We have been customers for the past 6 years and have always been pleased with their professional and efficient service.

The serviceman Dan, arrived on time with all the tools etc required, introduced himself and immediately put on shoe covers. He was polite at all times, asked where the furnace was located and immediately went to work. He did a superb job, even clarifying with his boss and another expert an anomaly he identified, to ensure it was not a safety hazard or require additional parts, work etc. I would have him back anytime to do similar or any other type of work. I am very pleased overall with Dan and this company's work.
