Technician Adam Riera was able to come earlier than the original booked time slot , which was great (I was called in advance to check on my availability). He was friendly and professional, explained everything he was doing and was not insistent that I should replace the current filter immediately . A very comfortable person to have in my home and an asset to Francis Home Environment .
