I've been a customer Francis home environment for many years. The technicians have always been prompt and courteous, clean, and did not track a mess through my home. We have had absolutely no trouble with our heating and air conditioning systems. However this company does not get 5 stars because of their support personnel. Management needs to give their reception and appointment personnel training on courtesy. The woman I spoke with was curt and abrupt and reluctant to answer my questions. She did not say please or thank you - not one time. I was not impressed.
