Recommendation by Cory from Francis HEC was low pressure, highly informative after he performed routine maintenance. The APCO devices should solve a problem as an air exchanger cannot be installed due to peculiar structure of the house. The installer (I apologize for not having his name) was polite, professional and provided clear explanations, answering all my questions. He arrived in the time-frame that was arranged. APCO devices were installed in both lines with no time wasted and all mess cleaned up. I should mention that the booking through the office was easy and I did get a pre-arrival warning call.
