Mike was very patient with us as first time homeowners. He spent a lot of time explaining all the strengths and weaknesses of the house and even provided suggestions to help maintain the home and prevent deterioration. We have recommended Mike to friends. He gave a solid report 7 years ago and we've had no issue and there were no mistakes.
