Sunshine Disposal & Recycling

We ordered from Sunshine Disposal & Recycling a 40 yard container to be delivered. The driver delivered the container and told us the container could be filled to the top as long as the lid closed. We filled it, upon pickup the driver informed us it was too heavy for his truck and then told us we had no choice but to remove 50% of the contents and he sprayed painted a line at below 20 yards/below half the container capacity. What is the use of renting a 40 yard container if it can only be filled to 20 yards because the trucks are incapable. Why tell us we can fill it and then tell us to remove the contents when you saw what contents were going in? Then, Sunshine charged us for a dump fee because they had to come out. I had to re-hire an excavator to return, remove 50% of the container contents and then re-hire again to remove the 2nd half of the contents all because of Sunshine's lack of communication. Sunshine's trucks are inadequate and their employees lack the knowledge to service it's customers.
