Vlad was prompt to reply to all emails, and was there on time and completed the job quickly. He was able to get into my home to measure before we moved in (new build). The only downside is he measured our neighbors (we are a semi). The only thing that messed up was the backdoor, but Vlad has said we would come back to fix it. I have faith that he will and would recommend him.
*EDIT - the company was sold, and the new owner didnt want to fix the old owners mistake of the backwards back door shutters. But after going back and forth, about a month ago someone came and swapped out the back door shutters for new ones.. now very satisfied with my product. been about 6 months and still no issues with them
