I needed a window repair so I got 3 quotes , 2 of those quotes told me I needed a new window, having worked in the construction industry I knew they were trying to rip me off. Then Dave gave a quote from pictures I sent and it was in line with what I knew had to be done it was very reasonable. Dave repaired a window cleaned and sulked all of them inspected my crawl space and roof, did another few odd jobs for 425 dollars he was at my home all day his work is beautiful and will stand the test of time.
