Poor customer service. They didnt do on what was the agreement. I know that the agent that we talk to when i purchase that appliance wasnt there but there should be a communication between then. It doesnt mean that i didnt get that item from the other agent you will just treat us like that.

Rajat was incredibly helpful. He was really patient and took a great deal of time with me. He even came in on a day off to facilitate the order. Thank you so much, Rajat!!

i bought a OLED LG TV ,it's an awesome tv picture is great Param was my sales person in store very sweet and easy to talk to if u looking for something definitely go see her shes great.

I purchased 2x Samsung TV’s and a sound bar from The Brick in Fort St. John. The salesman Rajat was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain all the options and features to us. We ended up purchasing 2x 65 inch TVs and a sound bar. Both were delivered to our home and installed by Rajat and his team. I highly recommend visiting this store and in particular Rajat for electronic/TV advice and service.

The sales people were very helpful to me when deciding what type of bed to get, they were patient with me while i literally sat on every mattress in the store! Twice! However once I decided on a mattress, they couldn't really care less, its like they made the sale, and thats all that was important. Also their delivery service was horrible. They told me a certain time, but came 20 minutes earlier than they said they would, and when i got home, they had left already, so I had to wait another 3 days for my bed. those 3 days of sleeping on the floor was kinda rough and left a bad taste in my mouth.
