We had been renting one of these units from Culligan for years and years so when we purchased another house it made sense to actually just buy one instead of renting. A salesman came out and of course tried to sell us a water softener as well as the water filter and gave us a quote for both. When we told him we decided to go with just the water filter he took it in stride and simply adjusted the quote. I am very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend Culligan to anyone looking to do anything about their water quality.
