Good install, excellent Keeprite ( Carrier) unit with out the brand name this is a normal for less expensive units where the manufacturer wants to protect their more expensive brands. 10 year warranty on parts two and a half ton unit with a scroll compressor. Salesman was honest and no home visit needs to get pricing. Most install companies insist on a home visit and will not confirm pricing on the phone costing you time and money. Unit is new but works good
