This man has a lot to learn about doing business and overall manners. He parks on the street and surrounds his vehicle with pylons, impending on the flow of traffic in the area. He shows up with a gold badge around his neck as if he is with the FBI. Without introducing himself he proceeds to conduct his inspection as if he owns the home, embarrassing beyond belief. He then will spend far too much time with small things talking to the would be purchaser as if they are a kindergarten child. He will pick out the smallest imperfections, probably to justify his high fees, and make a huge deal of it. Definitely would not hire nor recommend.

I use pylons to protect my truck. It has been hit several times just sitting in front of homes I am inspecting. I got the idea from Rogers and Bell. It also works for them. It has not been hit since I started using the pylons. I am a ASHI Certified Inspector. The badge is through ASHI. We are third party verified. We are the only home inspection society in the world with third party verification. I left an introduction letter at the house that explains what I do and I did not go on to the property until the agent arrived. I am looking for big potential expenses for my client I also point out small things along the way. It is critical to maintain your home. Small things turn into big things if they are not addressed. The feed back from my clients is usually positive. I don't assume that my clients know it all so I explain things to them. I do this so that they can maintain and protect their investment as well as you have. The home on Chase Cres that I am parked across from was well maintained and received a good rating.
Comments like this usually come from disgruntled home owners when the deal falls through.
I don't know what happened but explaining how to maintain a property as well as you have is critical for my client to maintain their investment.
