Dissatisfied Customer and they don't care

I hired Turner Plumbing & Heating because they are a local business in my community
They were hired to move my washer, dryer, water softener and hot water tank across the floor 3 feet and then move them back once the cement floor cured, after having French drain installed in my basement
They did not level or return the appliances to their original location and wont schedule to have this done, although I have been invoiced and made partial goodwill payment
My bill contained 5 additional hours when their plumber wasnt working here, charges for materials not required or used, a truck charge, and would not credit the bill.
Half the cost of the bill presented to me was for the above
