Company Response: Hi There I'm sorry but I'm sure I did not do any work for you on June 10 2024, I had the day off as I was at the Doctors office. also if I did do work for you please provide the date I did the work? If I have you on the calendar for a different date i would for sure come and fix the issue with the cleaning. thank you for your response.

These folks are not only good at what they do, they are consciencious, reasonably priced, reliable and have the best customer service I've seen yet! I have used them in 2 different buildings that I manage so far, will use them again and for my other buildings and also in my own home, next time my carpets need cleaning. I was very impressed with their easy-going, above-and-beyond service attitude.
