Hired Franks to do our stair railings, went into the store and picked out what we wanted, when the tech came out to the house and actually took measurements he was going on about changing this and that,so by that the time he left we had no idea what we were getting and had to go back to the store and verify what we were getting. When the job started we had no idea when the workers would show up, dont think anyone ever showed up before noon and workers were there till 9 pm one night.
Biggest issues these guys have is communication , there is none.
As the client you have no idea what is going on and phone calls are either not returned or returned days later. For the money we forked out we were told over and over the the custom stain would be left for us or supplied to us, just give me the bloody code so i can have some made, apparently asking for to much ;10 grand wasn’t enough apparently.
We also were responsible to get rid of all the waste, asked why they didn’t,I was told that was between me and the contractor…..so apparently By that statement the job was subcontracted without my knowledge.
Would i hire this company again? No i would not.
