We had several companies in to quote us on exterior stucco, and we were comfortable with Marco immediately. We had a ton of interior and exterior renovations done in the process, and Marco kept track of everything. He coordinated the whole process and made sure all of the trades did their jobs in the correct order. We have had a number of challenging dealings with contractors in the past from poor workmanship, wildly inaccurate timelines, hidden costs, all the usual problems. Every single person Marco brought in was top quality and completely professional. His attention to detail and level of customer service is incredible, and unheard of in this line of work in my experience. We could contact him any time, day or night with any question and get an immediate response. Any problem or question on any of the trades, he would have it dealt with promptly. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

From consult, colour choices, mouldings choices - smooth transition. Work was done in a week.

I have dealt with too many contractors! Actually finding one that is reliable and they do great work and deliver what they say they will - rare. Some companies start great and work drops at the end and you're left hanging and in many cases have to redo the work again.

My 60 year old house now looks new and timeless. Not overpowering like some that stick out but nice clean lines.

What I really appreciated was the attention to detail. I tend to be a perfectionist and question everything. All cables hidden, exterior utility hardware hidden or blended like the ugly hydro box!

The experience in this industry is shown from the start with suggestions to colour, style and hiding unsightly features like windows to nowhere that were above my garage door.

We met Marco and Vince at the 2014 Spring Home Show in Toronto. We were impressed by their low-key sales approach and the quality of their workmanship. We engaged Dessano to project manage the renovation of the exterior of our house – new windows and sliding doors throughout, new gutters, downspouts, fascia and soffits; soffit lighting; and stucco.

The workmanship was top quality; the project came in on time and with no surprises to the budget. The crews, especially Andrew and Stanley, were extremely respectful of our property – there was no damage and they cleaned up every night before they left the site.

We could not be more happy with the end result. Our 1960 split-level has been rejuvenated and the curb appeal is fantastic!

Marco came when we arranged, gave me a fair quote and assured me the work would be perfect and I wouldn't be able to see the difference between the repaired areas and the original stucco. (His company had not done the original work as it was done prior our purchase of home). They came to repair as scheduled and workmanship of his staff was impeccable over 2 days. He came by to ensure that everything was proceeding as planned. It's rare these days to get this level of service and quality. I highly recommend his company.

We had several quotes for redoing the stucco on our modern home and were most impressed with Marco's knowledge and non-pressuring advice. Once we hired Dessano we were treated with respect and worked closely with Marco to best determine how we should proceed with various options. Vince and the team were professional and friendly and worked HARD and efficiently. When there was a problem Vince went above and beyond to remedy it (and in fact had to redo one wall of stucco). I do not have the date of the original installation of this project but i believe it was around 2007 or 2008.
We had the front of our house stuccoed several years ago and a green fungus developed after several years. We could not remove it and called Marco for advise,in 2012. Marco came to the house and with no hesitation promised to redo the soiled portion (at this time we had a large maple tree which blocked the sun and prevented the panel from drying). He indicated it would not get completed until this year as he would like to have a customer in tho area. First of May his man was on site and completed the job perfectly. We are extremely pleased with the job and Marco's attitude towards his customers. At no time did Marco waiver in his commitment to satisfy this customer. We used Dessano Stucco Systems to upgrade the exterior of our home from siding to stucco. Marco went above and beyond to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. His knowledge, patience and quality of service are second to none. Marco and his team took great pride in the project and did a stellar job of not only reaching but surpassing our expectations. Once the job was complete the site was left clean and tidy and even our patio furniture was put back into place. As far as contractors go this was, by far, our best experience.
