Updated the second story of our home to Stucco. Marco and his team did an outstanding job. Marco was patient and professional in all dealings. Job was done on schedule and to stated cost. Recommendations were spot on, experienced crew, site cleaned up at end of each day. The job was perfect from beginning to end. Looks amazing! Our project involved addressing a water leak and was not straight forward: remove existing stucco and roof material involving bay windows/dormers, replace damaged wood, and then apply a new stucco system, flashings, and roofing.

Marco was approachable and easy to communicate with from the planning phase and through completion. He brought his considerable insight and expertise both to the functional and aesthetic aspects of the project. His team was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone involved was courteous, friendly, and respectful of our and our neighbours' properties.

The project was completed inside the estimated time frame and budget with impeccable finish quality. I would not hesitate to work with Marco and his team again.

If we could rate this higher than a 10/10, we would! It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Marco helped us with the big decisions on moulding style and color selection with the patience and knowledge of a true professional. He believes the appearance of your home is his personal brand. He is a true perfectionist. Once the decisions were made, his talented craftsmen took over and brought the vision to life. Their work ethic quickly became the buzz in our neighborhood. Every evening after they left our neighbors would drop by and comment on how hard they worked. They truly were artists transforming our home into a work of art. We nicknamed them Michelangelo and Picasso! We cant say thank you enough. Our home is the showcase on the street. The Dessano Team took a cookie cutter home and made it look custom built.

There only a few contractors who work like Marko and his team. Very knowledgeable, patient, with great suggestions, able to guide you through the whole process. The most organized contractor we have ever had. His Punctuality is something hard to find these days. The quote he gave us was very reasonable and there were no hidden costs. He helped us with coordinating with other contractors we needed as we did not have anyone to assist with a few additional repairs (gas, electrical, deck, fence, roof). As our house was approaching 50 years old, it was time for a face lift and some major changes. We engaged the services of Dessano Stucco Systems Inc. to replace the roof, upgrade the insulation, remove aluminum siding where located, stucco the whole house covering existing brick, and replace all gutters, facia, soffits and downspouts. Marco of Dessano provided a detailed quote specifying the work to be done and he cost of each segment. Marco was very professional in his dealings with us answering all questions and providing excellent advice promptly. He provided assistance and advise in selecting roof shingles, insulation levels, stucco finishes, trims, mouldings and colour coordination of roof, stucco, gutters, facia, soffit and downspouts. Marco had an excellent ability to coordinate all aspects of the project to deliver a magnificent finished product. The Dessano workers were very professional, friendly, accommodating and true artisans / craftsmen taking pride in their work. They took great care with all finishing touches including reinstallation of light fixtures, vents and putting back all items that had to be moved away from the house. The work site was cleaned up spotlessly every night to our, and our neighbour's, amazement. Marco and his crew did a phenomenal job and we are very happy with the final result. It looks like we have a brand new home.

Aug 8/2022 We were delighted with our stucco work by Marco's Dessano Stucco Systems. Marco is very knowledgeable and explained the different stucco systems used. ( his website is excellent) He showed us what he would suggest for our home and why he would chose that particular type, He welcomed all our questions.
Marco is very organized and professional. His team repaired and stucco'd our house in 4 days, including the light fixtures to be able to stucco around them, and replacing an unsightly vent. He replaced heavy old fashioned iron grill awnings above the doors with beautiful moldings and also added moldings around the windows,- which made a beautiful difference.
Marco gave us a quote and he stuck to it- there were no add-ons or surprises.
Marco and his crew were on time every day, and were a delight to work with. They even trimmed the bushes all along my driveway.
Marco is very detail oriented and obviously takes pride in the results.
The crew did a nice clean up job at the end.

Our project involved the removal of wood-trim mouldings around seven exterior doorways, including two garage doorways, and replacement with stone look-alike polystyrene mouldings. The wood-trim door mouldings were beginning to crack in some places and we wanted to have a consistent look to the stone look-alike window trim which was done on 22 windows, on three levels, by Dessano Stucco in November 2018. We were very happy with the work in November 2018 and just as happy with the work in July 2022. The project was done without any delay and to a high-quality standard by the same expert crew as in 2018 Andrew and Stanley. They are meticulous in their preparation, work, and clean-up after completion. Weve dealt with many contractors and trades over the years involving both large and small projects and Marco (Dessano Stucco Systems Inc.) is clearly among those at the very top of our list. We highly recommend them.

I can't say enough positive things about the work and service Dessano provided.

We live in an older home and weren't sure if stucco would go well with the updated siding we had installed a few years ago. Because of damaged brick around the and very little insulation in our home, we decided to add insulation and stucco over the older brick around each side of our house. What a transformation! Marco was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was quick to respond to questions via phone/email/text and was very patient when explaining the entire process. We welcomed his ideas and suggestions given his track record with previous projects.

The crew was very professional, friendly and did a pretty good job cleaning the area when they wrapped up at the end of each day.

Dessano installed insulation and stucco over the entire exterior of our brick bungalow. Our house was badly in need of some curb appeal and freezing in the winter due to lack of insulation. We were immediately impressed with Marco’s attention to detail. His crew is friendly, hardworking and highly skilled. They did a seamless job on our house from top to bottom and took great care with all of the finishing touches, including installing our new light fixtures and mailbox.
