Disillusioned with many contractors during our renovation, it was difficult to trust another contractor to complete our renovation.

It was a very shaky start. Truthfully, I didn't think we were going to make it. At the time I didn't understand because I didn't know your full story. I'm not very accustomed to having my customers not trust me. But after spending more time speaking with you both and listening to stories of your experiences with your previous contractor, it all began to make sense. I had to make a choice. In the end I decided to give you the benefit of the doubt and I'm glad I did. We prepared a contract with custom terms that we were both comfortable with. I lived up to my end of the bargain and you did the same by paying in full and on time every step of the way. The end result was a beautiful exterior consisting of stucco, stone, aluminum and caulking. This ended up being a great story and I think we both came out of this learning something new. From where we started (angry tears) to where we finished (tears of joy), we came full circle and both exceeded our expectations from one another.
