As our house was approaching 50 years old, it was time for a face lift and some major changes. We engaged the services of Dessano Stucco Systems Inc. to replace the roof, upgrade the insulation, remove aluminum siding where located, stucco the whole house covering existing brick, and replace all gutters, facia, soffits and downspouts. Marco of Dessano provided a detailed quote specifying the work to be done and he cost of each segment. Marco was very professional in his dealings with us answering all questions and providing excellent advice promptly. He provided assistance and advise in selecting roof shingles, insulation levels, stucco finishes, trims, mouldings and colour coordination of roof, stucco, gutters, facia, soffit and downspouts. Marco had an excellent ability to coordinate all aspects of the project to deliver a magnificent finished product. The Dessano workers were very professional, friendly, accommodating and true artisans / craftsmen taking pride in their work. They took great care with all finishing touches including reinstallation of light fixtures, vents and putting back all items that had to be moved away from the house. The work site was cleaned up spotlessly every night to our, and our neighbour's, amazement. Marco and his crew did a phenomenal job and we are very happy with the final result. It looks like we have a brand new home.
