When I decided to buy a townhouse, my realtor had only one name on his mouth, Arron's Amerispec HI service! The guy was so fast yet accurate and so much informative that we were just amazed by his service! He explained and worked on every detail of the possible concern. He actually found out the slow leak of natural gas from the incoming pipe in our basement. It could have been overlooked and pose more issues. He provided us the report within a week.
