Integrity. That's how I would sum up my conversation with George. When I told George the issue with my TV, he diagnosed the issue over the phone and knew the problem right away. George was honest and said he could implement a band-aid solution but it wouldn't last very long and it would cost a few hundred dollars. Even though it meant no business for him, he advised I'd be better off buying a new TV. We had a good conversation and George even gave me some tips on what to look for and which brands were better. It was like talking to a friend who genuinely wanted to share his knowledge and expertise. Thank you George!
