We had some issues with the initial installation service from Lux windows, however the quality of the windows cannot be faulted and prior issues have now been resolved with appropriate follow-up, excellent workmanship and good customer service.

Quite simply abysmal service, avoid like the plague! Windows should have been installed in August 2014, now March 2015 and job not complete. The catalogue of errors is long but includes: bathroom windows incorrect - not frosted, breaking one of the windows in the shop new one not fitted for 5 months, frequently arranging times to turn up but not doing so, damaging walls, using damaged handles etc etc

What could this company do to improve their services?
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
