Starting with Erin in the office; Trent who came out to do the estimate and EXPLAIN to me the entire process; Mike who did the cutting of the concrete as well as the completion of the wooden window well and Brad who installed and finished the window and the interior - I could not be more pleased! What a beautiful window and what a difference in the basement bedroom!
